“OVER” means:
✔️ “Roger that.”
✔️ Getting all the pet and home care details right.
✔️ Me coming over to care for your lovable pets.
“OUT” means:
🐕 Private dog walks — never off-leash.
🌬️ Fresh air and exercise to keep your dog happy… and me too!

🕐 FREE ONE HOUR CONSULTATION
Every new client gets a free one-hour in-home consultation, which includes:

A meet & greet with your pet(s).
A dog walk to observe behavior and responsiveness and to get to know the neighborhood.
Questions about routines, meds, care needs, emergency contacts.

🐾 Adopt a new pet later? Their consultation is free, too!

🩺 Bonus: Every visit includes a gentle body check. I’ve caught lumps and other issues early — fresh eyes help!

🚶‍♀️Dog Walking & Daytime Petsitting (1 Pet) Rates
Private walks only – never off-leash.
30 minutes ---- $25
45 minutes ---- $30
60 minutes ---- $35

Add-ons:

$5 per additional pet
$5 for post-8PM walks
$5 for difficult meds/injections
Rainy day +$10: (for difficult dogs or long drying times)

💵 Payment Details

One-time clients: Pay at time of service
Weekly clients: Pay Sundays
Late payments: +$5
Preferred: Zelle (secure, instant, no fees)
Also accepted: Checks
Least preferred: Cash (accepted but not encouraged for safety and record-keeping reasons)

💸 WEEKLY CLIENT DISCOUNTS

5% off 5+ walks of 60 minutes
5% off 5+ twice-a-day (30 or 60 min) visits

🚽 Extra Services

Big poop cleanup (yard, patio, etc): $25
Cooked meals: +$5/meal (you provide recipe & ingredients)
Vet/groomer/acupuncturist transport: Ask for quote

🎄 Holiday Rates

$10 extra/day for high demand travel dates:
- Thanksgiving week
- Christmas week
- New Year’s week
- All Major Single Holidays: $10/day

Travel arrangements to...
Vet, Groomer, or Acupuncturist can be negotiated.

💤 Overnight Petsitting (12 hours) – $80/night (1 Pet)
Includes:

2 evening walks + 1 morning walk or as arranged.
Feeding, meds, clean-up, play
Mail, lights, garbage, garden gates
I bring my own food
If your dog sleeps in your bed — I’ll happily bunk with 'em 😄

🐈 While I don’t normally do overnights for cats only, I’ve done several and am happy to help.

Your pets will get tons of attention — I sit where they sit, pet them while we watch TV, brush them, give them treats, and stick to their routine.

🌞 Vacation Overnights (24 Hrs) – $115/day (1 Pet)
($80 overnight + $35 day coverage)
I stay in your home while you're away — your pets get more attention than any hourly rate could buy.

I visit my clients and then return to your home means I spend more time with your pets.
Walk, play, cuddle, and brush.
Follow your pet’s routine to a T.
Bring my own food.
Send tons of photos & updates.
Even mimic your play style with your pets!

📦 Special Situations
CALL OR TEXT IMMEDIATELY,
If you miss your flight or you decide to stay extra days:
I can generally can tack on extra visits or extra days to an overnight with no trouble.

✈️ Emergency Travel Help
Forgot keys, meds, or a passport? I’ll FedEx/UPS it — you just cover the shipping. If it delays my schedule, a small fee may apply.

Want to create a plan for your pets in a disaster? I can help. Let's discuss what you'd want me to do.

❌ Cancellations
Life happens. But please:

Give 24+ hours' notice
Less than 24 hrs = 50% charge
Repeat short-notice cancellations may incur full charge
HOLIDAY CANCELATIONS needs 4 days notice.
less than 4 days = 50% change

Note: I often waive these fees at my discretion.
The high service fee reflects the fact that it is near impossible to fill the canceled booking on less than 24 hour notice.

📸 Photos & FaceTime
Every visit includes:

Texted photo, letting you know the visit starts.
Lots of great pet photos & videos (I love taking them!)
FaceTime check-ins on request.

NOTE:
My photos of your pet are a gift to you and are not to be resold or printed out. However, if you’d like keepsakes (mugs, socks, calendars), I offer custom print-on-demand through my Over and Out OXOX store or directly through Canva or another Print On Demand service, but clients must first sign a commercial photo right agreement, giving me rights necessary to put my photos of their pet on products for sale.

🔑 House Keys

Keep them in my locked safe when not in use? FREE
Have a lockbox? I can return key to box. FREE
Pickup keys from me? FREE
Want me to Return/Drop-off: $25
Locked out? I can bring your key for $25 and its still cheaper than hiring a locksmith. (Tips are welcome. 😉)

If you take on a new pet after the initial consult, I'll be happy to do another consult for free. It's more important that I be introduced to your pet and that I know all I can before I accept a job.
